Hours
We schedule routine appointments Monday through
Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our client's emergencies are given immediate
consideration. In case of an emergency during regular business hours,
previously scheduled routine appointments may need to be postponed or
rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding with this policy so we
may provide emergency cases with appropriate medical attention in a
timely manner.
Emergency Policy
We
offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will
postpone or reschedule routine appointments to provide emergency cases
with appropriate medical attention in a timely manner. After-hours
emergencies will be seen based on severity and priority will be given to
regular clients.
Referral Policy
Your
animal's health needs are our top priority. If at any time we feel your
animal requires specialty services, additional diagnostic procedures,
or hospitalization we will refer your animal to the appropriate tertiary
care facility. While at the tertiary care facility your animal will be
closely monitored and receive any necessary treatments. Dr. Sparks
will work closely with the treating veterinarians to provide appropriate
follow-up care after your animal returns home.
Payment Policy
Payment
is due when services are rendered. Please feel free to ask for an
estimate prior to providing services. We currently accept cash, checks,
and credit cards (Discover, Master Card, Visa). At this time, we do
not offer deferred payment plans or bartering.
